We offer gift vouchers for treatments and dollar value as well, which remains valid for one year from the date of purchase.

For all group bookings and new clients a 50% deposit is required for treatments over $100.
CANCELATION POLICY
We send SMS reminders 2 days prior to your appointment. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking and a cancellation may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, please give us 24hours notice.
Appointments cancelled within 24hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No Show - if the appointment was a Gift Voucher / Packaged treatment, the time has been lost and therefore the treatment will be forfeited.
